Try this site it is the WV State Guild Site and it has most quilt shops listed. You also might want to look at the quilt that has WV things on it like the state bird, flower, and so on. The only shop that has it is at Victor WV and the panel is 9.00. She isn't to far from the New River Gorge Bridge.. Maybe 10 min. if that long.
