Thought I would share some of my quilting attempts with you.
Most have gone away to new homes and a couple I just couldn't part with. One was a signature quilt for a friend that had cancer, sadly she passed, but, oh what comfort she found in that quilt. One was a lap quilt for my mom who also passed from cancer. But that quilt sure kept her warm in her final days. A couple are baby quilts made from flannel and Minkee, so soft against a newborns skin. One was for my husband, who thankfully is a 7 year cancer survivor, much to everyone's surprise. I guess the point is ladies, that the quilts don't have to be perfect, just sew with lots of love and hugs that the recipients can wrapped themselves up in.
