Not wanting to tie up the tub, so to speak, I laid my mat on a wet towel, topped w/another (very) wet towel. (my mat lies on a Hoosier cupboard in my sewing room, so 'table' is metal. No worries about wet towel on wood surface) Next morning - Voila!! - mat was good as new! :) I was SO excited to see this thread & read about this tip -- it works great! Thanks, BellaBoo for the suggestion! :thumbup:
