Billie's (my best friend) favorite meal is taco salad. Her mother is in the last stages of cancer and has moved in with her so she can be cared for... This will be something special I can take out there for Billie since she is pretty much homebound right now. Know she will love it...and it sounds like something I'll like too. Thank you for sharing. Will pick up the ingredients when I get to town!
