Hi all, I have a question for the wiser folks out there. You know who you are...;)
I have an opportunity to purchase a PFAFF Quilt Expression 2044 for $375.00 .
I looked around a little and saw that it is about a 4 plus year old machine, also that it origionaly sold for aprox. $1,300.00 to $1,500.00. The ad says that it hasn't been used much and that they would ask for more but that they are moving to Hawaii at the end of the month. Hmmmm, makes me wonder but I can always ask for the BOS.
My only other working machine is my FW and I would like something higher up on the sewing chain. I have always liked the look of PFAFF's and the possibility of more than just the straight stich of my FW is making this machine look good to me.
Please let me know what you think and if a 4+ year old machine is worth this price or is it "too good to be true"?
Thanks,
Faith :XD:
