Thanks carrieann! That is why I don't grind up the veggies like they asy to do.
Hubby said a man at his work (who doesn't like pickled things) offered him twenty bucks for a jar after tasting it. LOL! It did come out good this year, according to hubby that is. The only thing I did differently was to extend the cooking time by 5 minutes and I bought all the ingredients that morning, so everything was super fresh.
