We used to have a Featherweight club at the LQS. I taught for them, showed them how to take care of them and sold the ladies most of the machines. The gals always called my Featherweight "The Queen Mother" as it was the best one of all. (for 25.00). :thumbup:
Right now I have a celery colored Featherweight, the Queen Mother, Blueberry (The one I refinished, and 3 black ones. Two 301A's. a 99K, and a 185K. A cute little green Singer but they are pretty heavy. They are not much bigger than the Featherweight.
