Okay, I went to start back work on Deni's quilt ('cause I've barely worked on it since the wedding anniversary I went to and was starting to feel guilty about it) and when I turned on the machine the needle immediatly went 500 miles a second. Well, nothing was on my foot pedal nor was it stuck. I'm not sure what happened during the time I haven't been using my sewing machine, but something definatly screwed up my foot pedal. Unless I can learn how to feed fabric when the needle is going as fast as it will possibly go, I'm kind of stuck. I mean, I got the name of the model of the machine and the pedal, but that doesn't get me far. There isn't a place in town where I can either get it fixed or buy a whole new pedal...well, I could buy a new pedal, but that would require buying a whole new machine. lol. I'm guessing I'd have to go to the city an hour away from here to maybe find a new pedal. And buying online isn't an option because...well, no credit or debit card. *screams*
