The real problem is they didn't use enough stabilizer, and being a shop they should have known better. That is the first thing we are told. With that said.....you will never be happy with the results in trying to quilt it out. You have an option of taking it back and telling them to fix it...word to the wise...that's your project and they will not be as careful as you.
Go back and talk with the shop and get a feel for what they will do to make it right. You can decide then if you want them to work on it again or just rip it out yourself.
