i know the quilt police will probably come and arrest me for this but....how about a little strong starch and just a bit of stretching. we use the stretching thing alot as i am a bigger woman and live in a house of men that have tried to help and thrown a bunch of my clothes in the dryer and shrunk them so they usually get another go around in the washer and hung up to dry. i am sorry about the crappy job but i def would take it back and talk to the owner and let them know you are VERY displeased with the work and see if they can fix it owner may not be aware of prob if she is not the only person there.
