Beautiful quilt! I will go vote too. I know what you mean about the Brother CS6000i. It is a great little machine but it doesn't like to sew through anything too thick. Just doesn't seem to be as tough as my old Brother. I love it though. It sews great.
You know, I'm always reading about people having different sewing machines for different tasks while sewing. Now I know what they mean. I love my Singer for sewing 8 Point stars and anything that has those thicker bulkier seams. But...I also love the Brother for any of the other sewing. It works great on everything else I've sewed on it. Now, I will be required to own at least 2 or 3 or 4 sewing machines. I have 3 now. I also have a Coronado.
