I have my first appt. with the RA dr. the 1st. of Oct, what can I expect? My right hand between my thumb and index finger are swollen up, also the pain in my upper arms is getting unbearable. I have been so tired, not been able to sleep due to not being able to get in a comfortable position at night. I would love to hear how other RA patients cope...........Thank you, Michele
