My hubby can't stand things laying around( except himself,LOL) and I"m just the opposite. It doesn"T bother me in the least. When I was young I cleaned and kept everything spotless, cooked good meals and kept them all in clean and ironed clothes. And I was a nervous wreck! When I had a nervous breakdown at the age of 40, my doctor said it was time I did what I wanted to do, for me. Just what I wanted to do. Boy, that was really hardd! But now I look at the dust and figure, what does it really matter , I can do it later. And it never looks too bad, just the counter in the kitchen. THat is where my PC is and that counter is a catch all. If I clean it in the morning, by suppertime it is full again. Relax!! Life is too short to sweat the little stuff.
