Two bedrooms in my upstairs are now empty..... both kids are off to college and living in their own places and now only coming home for visits. I have a loft area upstairs which I've been using as my quilting studio as there is plenty of room and the lighting is wonderful. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to turn one of the bedrooms into a sewing room or make both rooms into guest rooms. I've got a little time to decide, rugs need to be pulled up in both rooms and replaced with hardwood floors and both are badly in need of a paint job! Especially my daughters......she painted her walls bright fluorescent lime green :) I need sunglasses to walk in there LOL Your post/pictures is putting me in the mood to "get moving" and make some decisions.
