I bought a machine at a show about 10 years ago. I love the machine but support was an issue. They offered classes but they were located 50 miles away. I went to 1 class. Parts and accessories were also difficult to get. The shop sold several brands of machines. I bought a Pfaff with an embroidery unit. The specialist for my machine only worked 2 days a week and no one else would help. My lesson - Find some place close to home for that easy access and support.
