I am a nurse in a newborn intensive care unit and was led to this site when I was looking for patterns for isolette covers and positioning aides for our babies. This link was helpful for both the patterns and the wealth of knowledge!
We do not have volunteers to make these much needed items for our unit and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for how to go about recruiting people to do these labors of love for our babies. Do you first ask for donations for the materials then recruit the people to sew? Can anyone who has started a group that makes items for donation give me advice? Any help would be appreciated!
