When I first started quilting, I kept my quilts. I have about ten/twelve quilts for myself. That is more than I will ever need. Since that time, I have given away the quilts that I make. I try to keep a log of what I make and now I also log who they were given to. Last count, I have given away 32 quilts. I truly get a blessing from giving. I make quilts specifically for people and I make quilts just because I like the pattern. If I don't have anyone in mind when I make one, someday someone will see a quilt I have and fall in love with it and I will give it to them. You can tell when someone truly loves one of your quilts.
