Ys it was!! But at the time of signed contract I thought interest rate was 18.% or maybe less but they just raised it to 29.99% for no apparent reason!! If you can help it do not deal with GE money!! I had other credit cards with them and made payment arrangements with them what a joke I held up my end but of course they found a way to get around that too!!! Oh sorry didnt mean to start that!! lol cheryl
