I've greatly reduced the amount of money I spend at Wal-mart. Their prices have skyrocketed here. I refuse to pay $4.50-5.00 for a pound of bacon, and on some brands as much as $6.00 or over $3.00 for a gallon of milk. I still have 3 kids at home, and Wal-Mart can't meet my needs anymore. I'll drive the extra miles to get the lower prices somewhere else. And get a bigger selection of goods on the shelf. It really gets under my skin when they only have 2 brands to choose from on the shelf, Wal-Mart brand, and a low end brand. Neither one that I want for my family.
