Well, here's what it seems to me:

These are pretty basic kinds of projects.
Nothing there seems to be "new under the sun" as it were.

If someone who can get the site goes there and watches the videos,
and then comes back and explains in their own words how it was done, then I don't see a problem.
Since these are not particularly innovative or newly invented techniques,
I would think the only copyright problem would come if the explainer used the *Same Script Or Worded Directions* as the person who made the video.

It's like the Half Square Triangles, which are a technique, not a pattern.
If I go to a website or a book and learn it, then go tell someone else word-for-word how it was done rather than tell it in my own words, then I would be stealing the originator's specific instructions, which are copyrighted.
