Hello, this is bethanywoman and I live in Bethany, OK, retired about 3 years ago but went back to work as a "temp" so that has cut back on my quilting, I have more WIPs than finished but that way you don't get bored. I shop here in OKC at Quiltworks, Hancocks, Joann's (infreqeutnly) Walmart (exit 144 on I-40) with a still fullsized fabric, Patchwork Place in Norman (they had a $1 each fq sale today) Quilter's Corner in MWC, and Fabric Outlet in OKC, so I do have a lot of fabric resources but haven't got to head south for any. Where are some good shops south of OKC that would be a good day trip? Also, my fabric stash is at the bursting point, got to sew, sew, sew. Nice hearing from everyone. I wondeer just how many okies are on the board. Might be interesting if the moderator could put out numbers by location, I bet they are huge!
