Kathy....it isn't paper pieced...I made it using Deb Tucker's Rapid Fire ruler. I love the ruler....it is so easy to use.
Thank you everyone for all your wonderful comments...much appreciated. I have to decided to outline the stars and I found a stencil I am going to use on the green and cream.....hopefully it will all work out.
