Ask at your LQS. One of the women at my LQS gave me 3 or 4 names of local long arm quilters, as well as a little bit about each of them (like turn around time, new business, experienced, etc.). I have yet to take or send a top anywhere to be quilted though. I do it all myself the hard way on my little Brother machine.
Oh! And I usually finish a quilt before moving on to another project. ;-)
