There is this big building called the Capitol with a large, seemingly clueless group of peoe called Congress that desperately need you! Seriously I'm loving reading you thinking out loud as you create. I have to admit I'm not a scrap quilter. My thought processes must not go in the right direction because I like seeing others' scrap quilts but when I look at my stash I seem to think in patterns.
