My significant other has a disabled son. He is wheel chaired and has a non-working right hand. Before his hand became difficult, I bought him a can of spray and the other item suggested was a small fire extinguisher. It is a great weapon, if you can lift and swing it. Stiff painful fingers and bad shoulder joints, the key alarm is the best, if you can afford it.
