Hancock Fabrics has a really nice assortment of sewing boxes and sewing "totes" that have rollers on them. Another great option if she has to move her "equipment" a lot.
I'd suggest the quilting scissors over the dressmaker ones.
If you are on a spending roll, a gift card to a fabric store would also be an awesome gift. We NEVER have too much fabric, and I, for one, get the "guilts" when I buy fabric that I haven't planned the "need" for yet.
