Scraps is anything left over from a project, what I gather up from the quilt retreats (the waste) and fabric I have no idea why I bought in the first place. This is a fun post.
I would be happy to have your scraps. To me, a scrap is 2.5 inches wide to 4 inches wide, just big enough to put in a block somewhere. Anything bigger goes into the stash to be used at any moment!
