here is a recipe I adapted from the internet - it makes chocolate cookies that are a lot like brownies (fudgy and chewy)
Melt together
1/4 c. + 1 T. margarine
5 ounces unsweetened chocolate
Add 1 egg
1/2 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2t. salt
Mix well, chill dough for 30 minutes in fridge.
Roll in balls, dip balls in regular sugar. Bake at 300 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
