I use Fiskars, the ones with the spring in it. They help me tremendously, cutting with a regular pair of scissors I can only cut about 5 minutes before my wrist starts bothering me. So I have several of the Fiskars and occasionally get them sharpened. Unfortunately, Fiskars redesigned them and I don't like the "new, improved" style.
