Disgusting, smelly(stinking), expensive habit, but have to admit I sometimes miss the commeradity(sp?) of smoking with a fellow smoker. Have gained over 20 lbs and am so unhappy about that and consider going back to smoking but so far am hanging in there.
If you could see my dad that has COPD and emphyzema bedridden and has to be on oxygen 24-7 and to see him gasp for breath and can't get enough air in his lungs it would help you to not start again I am sure.
