Wow! Just checked dryer filter and yes the water puddled on it washed in warm soapy water passes straight through!! I don.t use the dryer much only in winter when I can.t hang washing in garden. I have had the dryer for about a year and only used it occassionally and it was gummed up! Amazing!! Now for the fruit flies!!!
