Welcome from Souther California. Where did you just move from? We are in the Point Mugu area. My husband retired in 2001 after serving 20 years with the Navy. We decided to stay in this area and love it. I have been in your shoes, we had 4 kids and my DH did 6 deployments and many many schools that took him away from us for a couple of months each. I have a daughter in the Army reserves who in on her way to Iraq, (should be there end of Sep) and a son in the Navy in training in Pensacola, FL.
