I like the idea of a log cabin, and I really like the pattern that accompanies the collection:

You'd end up with some leftovers and/or you'd have to supplement with similar tones from your stash, but this looks like a gorgeous quilt.
I actually really like the fabric you purchased. If you decide you don't like it well enough to do a quilt, I'm sure you'd have no trouble selling it on the classifieds area.
