Vegetable Soup
2 can diced tomatoes
l large onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped fine
2 T olive oil
2 large carrots chopped
2 small celery stalks chopped
2 medium turnip chopped
2 cups fresh green beans
6 cups chicken broth
1/4 head cabbage chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 small russet potatoes chopped
saute onion, garlic in olive oil
add carrots and celery
then add everything else and simmer
