I have a Horn Sewing Cabinet, and I am giving to my Mum do to space - she has lots, I have none! Mine has some veneer in it, which the Schrocks dont seem to have, but mine has piano hinges, which strengthen it.

I think they are marketed in the US as Koala? or Kangaroo? cabinets. Also, when I have my overlocker(serger) out, there is no wobbly bits, like on the one you are looking at.
They are nice looking, and look solid wood, but that would worry me.
