I'm having a senior blonde moment and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to make bias binding.
Please tell me that I need to start with a square......

I made some a few months ago, but I cannot remember how I did it....
Please help me - I'm up to applying the binding on my wall hanging that I started today - I'd really like to have this finished in a couple of hours...
