Hi, I fixed this for lunch today, with a cheesy garlic flatbread. WONDERFUL! We love barley soups, it's not particulary pretty, but so scrumptious. We will definitely have it again. My older sister (19 years older) lives 3 blocks away, since both our households have dwindled, I usualy split soups with them, so we don't get sick of eating them. I have no freezer space.
