Congrats to all of you that quit. I hope all still moking would quit, but its a big decision to make within ourselves. You have to want to quit. My dad died of emphysema at 59. I have copd and so does my DH. I pray my son quits. A habit he picked up in the Navy. Even a couple of cigs are an injury to your lungs. I was told last yr. I would have to have 1/2 my left lung removed, as I have a tumor and others on it. So, I'll have 1 more cat skan to tell the surgeon when. Sorry this so long, but I just pray smoking wouldn't injure my quilting sisters.
