I have had good luck with Printed Treasures also. In fact, I think a group at Quilters' Home magazine voted it the best. It isn't inexpensive, but I've never had a problem with it. I use it a lot for quilt labels. I usually use the sew-on type which you could use for a block. I let the ink dry and then iron the back of the printed sheet with a paper towel between the sheet and the ironing board and a paper towel between the sheet and the iron.
