I had a neighbor with a severe yeast problem. She could only mainly eat meat and certain vegetables.
She could tolerate a few whole wheat egg noodles or brown basmatti rice once a day. Brown basmatti has less carbs than white basmatti.

She would make stir frys, lots of meat, veggies and a little rice or noodles.

She would cook herbs in the oil and then add in noodles and rice to help flavor them.

She used whole wheat flour to make gravy instead of white flour or corn starch. It wasn't as smooth a gravy, but it tasted good :D She used it over the rice or noodles.
