When I order things, they don't charge until they ship. The book and ruler that I ordered was on back order and had to wait about two week for it to come, but they did not charge me until they shipped it. It was a good thing they sent me an email about it being on back order. I think it is strange for then to charge you and not refund you money with out first asking if you wanted some diffrent or tell you it is out of stock before charging you.
