Honestly I find that the fusible doesn't stick as well. I like to use 505 basting spray..that stuff works well and it washes out.
Go ahead and use the fusible that you have because you already paid for it....you just may have to add some pins to keep it basted.
MArk on your quilt after you have it sandwiched..it isn't hard ....I use a chalk pencil it works great!
