where is the thread about the jelly roll. I think I missed it. I only have one jelly roll but don't know what to do with it. Also how do you know what kind of material too buy unless you have a quilt in mind. I don't have a quilt in mind but when I go too Wal-mart there is so much pretty material that if I had the money I would pick up some of it. Also I have tons of old shirts and things my DH brings in from the goodwill and all of them say 100% cotton but they don't all feel a like. Do you go ahead and just use them all together or do you separate the 100% cotton according too thinkness. How do I began too cut the shirts up without an idea or a pattern to go by?
