I did a search on the fabric and it is between 1955 and 1960's. The fabric used was printed on rayon and it was more then likely was part of a kit were they stitched around the design and used it to decorate the walls or put them in a frame. When I first looked at the picture it looked like a tapstry to me.
Thank you. Actually is a piece of upholestery fabric. One of my great aunts worked in an upholestery factory and she gave a bunch to my grandparents to cover a couch and that piece is what was left over. Not sure I ever saw the couch. But that piece was always there no matter where they lived.
