It looks like an Anne Orr quilt.
She was a 1930's designer. You can Google her to see more.
My dim recollection is that she was originally a needlepoint or cross-stitch designer and her patterns were adapted to quilts.
I made a small one years ago, alot of work, but beautiful when completed.
