Or, start your own. Every place is owned and/or operated by someone and they make the rules. I've admin'd two dominant boards. One was all about freedom to do anything except break the (U.S) law. The other was tea and crumpets. While the heaviness of the hand depends on the boss lady, users are free to land on the locale of their choice.
