Quilt Pro has a Mac version.
http://www.quiltpro.com They just released version 6 for Windows & I think the Mac upgrade is coming early spring 2011 but version 5 is still a good investment and you'll probably get a discount if you want to upgrade to version 6 when it's released.
You can use Electric Quilt also but you have to run an emulator program.
