Okay, I don't think you want your C block to be 5.5 by 5 or it won't fit. The 4 B blocks are 4.5 by 5, but there isn't a way to get those to fit around a 5.5 by 5 inch block. So the C block should be 5 by 5 not 5.5 by 5
