On day five of this diet and it stinks. Having problems with the "no white foods". When you are allergic to whole wheat it cuts out everything. Even the oat breads and such still have whole wheat in them. I'm exhausted from reading labels!

And after all this I don't feel a bit better. Actually worse today.

Any ideas for good substitutes for my breads that don't involve baking it myself?
