I've seen some of these posted. I have tops for the Pacific Rim sea turtles and the dragonflies done and am stuck thinking about finishing them. After reading the Christmas thread, I was reminded that one of these is a gift.
For anyone who has made one, what batting did you use? And how did you decide to quilt it?

PS The dragonfly is for me so I can practice on that. Just have to get moving on these WIPS.
